Brogdinian Headress of Crafter's Excellence - picture
Artifact N/ A
Commitment: 1m per piece(activation) lasts the duration of the project.

Description:

Made of four individual parts, this headdress is the ultimate when used in planning for projects. Each of the four parts described below has a benefit to the user that only applies to the project stated at attunement. Each part CAN be used separately, but they were meant to work together and as such have a "synergy" with each other.

Mechanics:

  • Plate: (Artifact 2)
    • A simple piece of metal designed with grooves to the side, this part of the headdress is a boost to memory and buried knowledge (+2 Int, +4 Lore)
  • Spike: (Artifact 2)
    • Acting as a link to the past, this piece of the headdress is a harness for the creative spirit and those Craft-Masters of Legend. (+3 Any relavent Craft)
  • Siddar: (Artifact 1)
    • Translation: Purity (Old Realm dialect). This piece, when activated, provides a non-physical screen on which all plans are currently displayed. Can be saved for later, and will store (Essence x 100) non-complex (Artifact 1-2) plans, (Essence x 10) mid level (Artifact 3-4) plans, or (Essence x 1) highly complex plans (Artifact 5).
  • Quottha: (Artifact 2)
    • This is the long, tendril-like portion of the completed headdress. This piece provides the whole with most of its essence as well as pulling from the collective consciousness of Creation to remember magic and how it used to be. (+4 Occult)
This artifact has no slots for hearthstones, due to it's complex nature and has a few bonuses when all pieces are worn together.
      • Bonus: Add automatic successes equal to (Essence/2) to all craft related rolls.
      • Bonus: for a cost of 5m per plan, the user can store a plan (regardless of complexity) in her head for use later when copying or transcribing. However this will only last a number of days equal to her Permanent Essence, so she better have Charms that help or she's gonna lose the information.
