Exalted: The Radiants
In a faraway land, there is an age of savage adventure.
The Autocracy of the Sorcerers stands astride a broken world, shrouded in mist and fearing the twisting ravages of the Radiance.
For centuries, the Sorcerers have hoarded their power, carefully eliminating any who could challenge them.
Now, the Magi are torn by internal strife, and the Mist weakens, sending Radiant flares spontaneously into areas that should be safe.
Into this time of strife comes the Radiants, humans changed and strengthened by the chaotic blasts instead of being destroyed, their power rivaling that of the Sorcerers.
Will these living gods herald a new age of hope, or the destruction of Creation?
What legends will they tell of your deeds?
What the hell?
Okay, explanation. Someone on the Wiki asked why no one ever used REALLY different canon to explain the Exalted, why everything was always fairly boring and normal. I took it as a challenge. The result is the page that you see before you.
I honestly don't know if I'm ever going to use this setting, but I figure I should write it down somewhere, and since it's Exalted-based, I hope it'll qualify for the Wiki (if not, people can shout me away.)
