The Anarch
Beings who subvert Society to their personal Greatness, who bludgeon with the Staff just before decapitating with the Sword, the Anarchs are forces of chaos and discord. Using their insight into the social ties between men and Raksha, the Anarch attempts to sever these ties, thus creating the hatred and madness which they so love. The "loyal" diplomat who quietly sells state secrets to both sides of a conflict in an effort to provoke all-out war is an example of an Anarch.
