Metacognitive Sympathy\\ In the modern day, the definition of a mount has changed drastically - so much, that traditional methods of locomotion are nearly obsolete. In the past, only living things were drafted into the service of Heaven, but today, things have changed. when Ordained Bridle of Mercury is used upon a vehicle, it elevates the vehicle's spirit to sentient status, and binds it as a familiar. When used this way, this Charm is called Metacognitive Sympathy.

Throughout the long and sometimes exhausting life of a journeying caretaker of Fate, the most reliable constant one may have is the fact that he will always meet new people with which to take along the journey, for a time. Over the years, meeting new people of certain varieties becomes second nature. A Sidereal may take this Charm up to three times. Each time it is taken, it lowers the target number for social interaction with a certain class of people. This class must always describe a group, profession, interest, or intsitution of some sort. For example, mechanics, or, the downtrodden. These people, for a reason unknown to even them, just seem to bare their hearts to the character without provocation.

This Charm awakens all the nearby spirits of the road and alerts them that an official is coming through with important business. Traffic lights, other vehicles, and minor obstacles nearby the road are hurriedly rushed to a state more compliant with the Sidereal's chosen route. This Charm lowers the target number for all rolls involved in reaching an important goal in time, for the remainder of the scene. Alternately, by spending a point of Willpower with the activation of the Charm, the Exalt may inform the road spirits of an individual who intends to stop the Sidereal from accomplishing an important goal. If used in this manner, the Charm is called Tragic Mishap, and it raises the the victim's target number for all rolls involving impeding or slowing down the Sidereal.
