A Solar who comes into knowledge of this Charm has unlocked one of the greatest secrets of the Primordial War. It is said that the Demon Wracking Shout was learned when a Solar destroyed Adrian's heart. The Demon Wracking Shout is a powerful tool indeed. The attack is made with Charisma or Strength (whichever is higher) + Presence, adding the Solar's Essence as accuracy and in automatic successes. This blast of sound extends in [Essence x2] yards outward from the Solar in a 45 degree arc. All Creatures of Darkness or spiritual beings (gods, elementals, etc) within this zone defend normally against the result of a single attack roll. The base damage of this attack is equivalent to [Essence x2]A. If successful, all damage dice bypass soak on Step 7 and become automatic, instant, aggravated health levels on Step 10.<br> This is also an Occult charm with the same costs, requiring Essence 5[[DualMegami/SolarPresence/Occult]] 5 and Ghost Eating Technique as a prerequisite. At Essence 6, the Solar may apply Inevitable Victory Declaration to all who oppose her but doing so costs 10m, 1wp.
Environmental Damage is never considered a direct action.

With the slightest touch, a Lawgiver can discern a target’s emotions towards her. She is instantly aware of all emotional-based feelings, Intimacies or Motivation(s) the target may have concerning her (love, anger, hatred, etc) but cannot discern thoughts. For a point of willpower, she automatically knows if the target’s emotions are the subject of Unnatural Mental Influence.
At Essence 6, this is no longer a Charm action and has no mote cost. The Solar, however, must still spend 1wp to determine Unnatural Mental Influence.
This is also an Investigation Charm, requiring Inv 4, Ess 3 and an Excellency.
