Inert material of any sort may be altered to suit the Lunar’s whims. Under the effects of this charm, any material becomes as soft and pliable as clay for as long as it takes the Lunar to finish her manipulations. This Charm has no effect on the Five Magical Materials or other magically-enhanced substances.
