Honor of Hesiesh is a pair of thin slightly curved reaper daiklaives. The hilt slightly longer than normal for this blade type and wrapped in a white leather that never stains or darkens. The inlay of on the flat of the blades is a single line of dragonscales which work their way from up until a scale forms the tip rather then the regular line of the weapon making the tip of the swords larger and of a slightly different shape and curve. If one were to slide unwrap the hilt the line of scales would be visable extending onto it as well. Crafted of Red Jade they are warm to the touch and almost burn when drawn with violent intent. They each possess one hearthstone socket.
The famed prodigy of the sword and flame, Karal Strident Ember, has carried these weapons since their creation 70 years ago. He wielded them when he broke the charge of the warlord One Eye who had gathered a great force that sacked the kingdom of Three Stone had they not employed Lookshy mercenaries. They have been used in his duels when he would face other champions in the tradition of the warrior champions used by many kingdoms in the Scavanger Lands rather then full on warfare. Success with them found often enough one of the powers attributed to them is that the wearer can never lose a fight.
These weapons charge themself with activity. Each time one of them strikes successfully they both gain a stacking +1L die of bonus fire damage to the attacks made with them up to a max of +5. Upon 5 such stacks the twin weapons can be struck together. Instead of a metalic clang there is a roar like that of a dragon and one of those who have been hit by this attack suffers an unblockable and undodgeable attack as they explode, taking 10L in dice of damage which ignores armor as the person combusts from within. Doing so consumes the bonus damage of the weapons requiring new hits to build up the inferno.
