There is no ghost from the Deathlords down to the smallest and simplist plasmic that can resist the commands of the Neverborn. Even when they do not command it their presence and mere existance influences many around them. The Abyssal Exalted can draw on that connection that those who have left the cycle of Reincarnation have to the Neverborn and bend them more easily to their will. This charm reduces the MDV of ghosts by an amount equal to the Abyssal's dots in Whispers when used with a non-written social attack.
