His Description and History:
Kharrin is 14 years old, and was blessed with the Exaltation of the Water Dragon less than a year ago. His family called in a favor to place him with Lanander instead of sending him immediately into one of the Realm's secondary schools in order to give him a few years of personal instruction with a respected master. They hope that the experience will give him an advantage over the other applicants when it comes time to continue his education in a more formal setting.
