Danger-Scenting Instinct

With the purchase of this charm, the Lunar has homed his instincts to such a degree that he can literally feel the oncoming rush of danger with an acuity that nearly rivals that of the Sidereals. Just as forest animals rush from fires that no human has scented, and Rats blindly flee the sinking ship even when a man has no idea of the danger he's in -- a Lunar with this charm seems to react to danger before said danger has even manifested! This charm activates for 1 mote when danger of any form strikes -- ambushes count, but so do landslides, tidal waves, and any other kind of danger that's possible. Depending on the nature of the danger, the Lunar recives some advanced warning. In the case of natural diasters that are in the offing, the Lunar knows what's going to occur one minute per Essence rating ahead of time. Less predictable diasters only give the Lunar one turn per Essence rating to prepare. Lastly, some truely freak occurances will not give any advance warning -- just enough to avoid being blindsided and nothing else.
The use of this charm does not count as charm-use; it's a permanent ability, that costs one mote, added on to the Lunars basic capabilities. This power should not be used to drain the Lunar of motes.

Discriminating Scent Method

Using this charm causes the Lunars face to shift subtly, his nose enlongating and becoming much more sensitive to the scents of the world around him and the people that left those scents. The Lunars ability to detect subtle even trace scents, and link them to people that she knows or has scented previously, becomes nearly superhuman. Without even rolling, the Lunar can detect if anyone he knows was present in a given area within a number of days equal to the Lunars Essence. The Lunar may roll Perception + Awareness to recieve more information; each success can either extend the timeframe in which scents can be detected (one day further back per success), or gain additional detail. One success allow the character to put a definate time-frame on the events; knowing exactly when the subject or subjects was present, and for how long. Three successes will provide some clue as to the subjects movements and what he touched and interacted with in the location when he was present. Finally, five successes allows the Lunar to recreate the entire scene with some degree of accuracy -- who was present, where and when, who did what to whom or what.
The Lunar only gets one chance to use this charm on any given area; if he doesn't get the required number of successes, he cannot reconstruct any more information on that particular scent.
