Hey, everyone. What with the wiki's sabbatical and all, I'd like to make sure we still have an audience. More importantly, it would be swell to see some new people participating.
For those of you reading this right now, you're most definitely invited to join in. If you like to write, and you like Exalted, you'd be a welcome addition. If you're worried about "ruining someone else's story," first, don't be, and second, we've got a fairly amiable core group here, most of whom will be more than happy to help you fit your ideas into the ongoing stories. You don't have to make a long-term commitment; the only commitment you have to make is to producing a single, short chapter which you think is worthwhile.
For those of you already involved, please think about doing some advertising. I do not hang out in any Exalted-related webspace besides here and the WW forums, so my ability to generate interest amongst the denizens of rpg.net, or wherever, is limited. Besides, if I'm the only one who ever flogs the project, it'll come off as being my project. This is sort of true, in the sense that I started it, but the impression I really want to avoid giving is that it's a project which I control; that stands to alienate potential newcomers, and also misrepresents the intent and reality of WBM.
So, if you like what we're doing here, please consider either joining in, or inviting others to do so. Whatever you do, thanks.
