Yukio's father Ruvia, captain of the golden barque of the heavens, brought him many gifts over the years. And yet the one that was most resonant to the young boy was this humble owl that his father caught in nexus and brought back to heaven for him. The bird held his attention more than any of the more exotic fauna of his childhood, and on his sidereal exaltation bonded itself to his essence to produce a familiar.
