Ranged Combat Charms

Nature’s Harmony Advantage (Per)
Supplemental; 3/2; Combo-OK; For 3m, ignore all penalties based on environmental conditions for any ranged attack [Prereq.: Any Per Ex.]
Knowing the Arrow’s Path (Per)
Supplemental; 3/2; Combo-OK; For 3m, ignore all bonuses to target’s DV against this ranged attack based on cover or shields. [Prereq.: Nature’s Harmony Advantage.]
Riding the Secret Wind (Per)
Supplemental; 4/4; Combo-OK; By spending 7m, the Lunar finds a path for her ranged attack that renders it automatically unexpected. [Prereq.: Knowing the Arrow’s Path.]
Silver Waterfall Technique (Dex)
Extra Action; 4/2; Combo-OK; For 3m/additional attack and 1wp, the Lunar makes a flurry of ranged attacks that do not suffer multiple action penalties or inflict DV penalties, to a maximum of (Essence) additional attacks. [Prereq.: Any Dex Ex.]
Rain of Feathered Doom (Dex)
Extra Action; 5/3; Combo-OK, Obvious; For 2m and 2 arrows per target, the Lunar may make a magical flurry of ranged attacks, which inflicts no DV penalty or multiple action penalty, consisting of one attack against each target that cannot be dodged and ignores bonuses to DV from cover or shields. The maximum number of arrows that can be fired is equal to (Dexterity x the weapon’s Rate). All targets must be within (Dexterity) yards of one another, as well as within the maximum range of the bow (range penalties accrue normally). [Prereq.: Silver Waterfall Technique.]
Finding the Needle’s Eye (Dex)
Reflexive (Step 2); 4/2; Combo-OK; For 2m, the Lunar gains a Parry DV against a ranged attack equal to (Dexterity + [Archery or Thrown] + Accuracy)/2. The Lunar must expend 1 piece of ammunition for every use of this Charm. [Prereq.: Any Dex Ex.]
Arrow-Breaking Shot (Dex)
Permanent; 5/3; No Keys; By increasing the cost of Finding the Needle’s Eye to 3m, the Lunar may use it to grant an ally the same Parry DV. [Prereq.: Finding the Needle’s Eye.]
Ossific Shard Shot (Sta)
Simple (Speed 5); 3/3; Combo-OK, Obvious; By spending 2m, may create and hurl a bone weapon with –1 Accuracy, 9L damage and Range 10x (Perception) yards (this is the maximum range) as an Archery or Thrown attack. [Prereq.: Any Sta Ex.]
Wind-Wings Carry Technique (Str)
Supplemental; 3/2; Combo-OK; For 2m, double all ranged weapon range increments for this shot. [Prereq.: Any Str Ex.]
Bow-Bending Method (Str)
Supplemental; 3/2; Combo-OK; for 3m, double bow’s maximum Strength – may spend an additional 1m/+1 Strength beyond double if so desired. [Prereq.: Wind-Wings Carry Technique.]
Body-Pinning Style (Str)
Supplemental; 4/3; Combo-OK; For every 2m, one die of damage for a ranged attack is converted after soak to a success to a maximum of (Strength) dice – this dice count toward the maximum for Strength Essence Adaptive. In addition, damage dice on this attack count 10s as 2 successes. [Prereq.: Wind-Wings Carry Method.]
Lightning Stroke Attack (Dex)
Supplemental; 5/3; Combo-OK; for 6m, this ranged attack is unblockable and undodgeable. [Prereq.: Dexterity Essence Adaptive.]
