Firstday Meetings:

The first day of each week is consumed with Bureau, Department, and Operational Meetings. Because of this the first 8 hours that would normally be available for craft rolls or other activites is lost to these meetings. In addition, the meetings are particularly dry and boring. It requires a stamina + awareness roll with 2 successes to remain awake. Stunting is permitted. (You begin to see why Sidereals would be more interested in field assignments.)

I will be giving updates in these meetings as to the items that are important to the Bureau of Destiny. If your character is not there, they won't know.
