God-Smacking Glove

Relatively common, especially amongst monks of the Immaculate Order and Dynasts that find themselves comfronting spirits and elementals almost on a daily basis, the God-Smacking Glove (a name that in-and-of itself causes many spirits to anger quickly at the sight of it) was designed specifically for the purpose of disciplining little gods who have gone awry.
A simple black leather glove, the God-Smacking Glove has two components, apart from the leather that makes up the bulk of the item: black jade, which is used in the shape of very thin, powerful threads to sew the glove together, and the blood of a rebellious spirit who was put down by a righteous hand. The glove must be soaked in this blood for a full two weeks after being sewn.
The effects of the glove are really fairly simple. An Exalt attuned to the glove may, at any time, with the hand that is wearing the glove, interact physically with dematerialized beings. Only the hand covered by the glove (and any weapon held by it) may do so, and dematerialized spirits can only physically affect that very same area of the Exalt's body. Of course, the Exalted will need to procure other methods of being able to discern the whereabouts of the spirit so as to know where to aim.
The presence of black jade in this Artifact is not enough to alter the cost of attunement for non-Terrestrial Exalted.
