Improper Methods Reproach
Cost: 5 motes Duration: Instant Type: Supplemental Minimum Heart: 3 Minimum Essence: 3 Prerequisites: Assertion of a Greater Vision
Having evaded the offensive shaping of an opponent, the raksha's spirit viciously criticizes the pathetic act, completely stripping away its validity in the ongoing story and throwing the attacker badly off-balance in the process, forcing them to press harder in order to regain lost momentum.
The Charm must be paid for before attempting to dodge an incoming shaping attack. After successfully dodging a shaping attack, the charm activates to force the defender to sacrifice a point of temporary Willpower in order to use defensive Charms in conjunction with their next defense attempt. This only applies to the first such applicable roll, if forced to defend multiple times; the remainder incur no additional Willpower loss. Should the raksha not trigger the surcharge that scene, the effect passes.

I like this idea a lot but I am also confused by its rules text. Is this, um, a correct rephrasing of the second paragraph?
This Charm enhances the use of a shaping dodge. If the raksha dodges the incoming attack successfully, his opponent is daunted! The next time that opponent is shaping attacked during this scene, if he attempts to use Charms to enhance his defence, he must pay 1 Willpower. This is a one-time cost; multiple Charm uses do not incut additional Willpower surcharges.
