Ravitsu’s mother was one of the Nexus harlots. No idea who his father was (though his mother swears blind that it was some Dragon Blooded soldier) and he doesn’t really give a hoot. Started off life as a petty criminal who was caught and then decided that it’d probably be a better idea to be working for the right side of the law. He spent a few years on the Nexus City Watch, keeping a low profile and overlooking minor crimes in exchange for info on the perpetrators of the bigger ones.

Physical
Crewcut blonde hair, green eyes, pale skin, about 5ft11, fairly non-descript, looks to be somewhere in his 20s. Reasonably fit and in good health. No visible scars or tattoos. Often wears green. When on duty he carries a spear and wears light steel armour (breastplate, bracers, lower legs).
Persona
A nice guy at heart, just… touched by the Nexus way. He has morals and in a way, his own code of honour but everything is a shade of grey in his eyes. He’ll go easy on a petty thief caught snagging a moneybag from some wealthy merchant to feed his starving family and in return he’ll get an ear on the grapevine to find out who the serial-poisoner is. Will usually play the least-worse Cop in any given interrogation. Always wants to find out more, go the next step and see what’s new. A naturally inquisitive guy who knows when to keep his mouth shut. Doesn’t fall for sob stories easily but will do what he can when he finds a genuine need.
