The Voice and the Aegis

Seras Winterblood is currently in pursuit of an Artifact N/A that once belonged to a very ancient prior incarnation, called The Voice and the Aegis a powerful social and physical tool comprising of equipment from both the end of the Primordial War and the High First Age, said to have been worn as accompaniment to the Crown of Thunders, first owned by Merela.

The VOICE

• The Crown of Thunders: as per it's statistics in Book of Three Circles.
• The Wings of the Raptor: as per its statistics in Wonders of the Lost Age. The primary difference is that these Wings are tinged with the cobalt blue of the Zenith caste, and are adorned with Zenith symbols. Beneath the single hearthstone setting are two, fine prongs of Orichalcum that connect with the chestplate of The Aegis

The AEGIS

• The Most Glorious Armor of the Unconquered Sun: It appears as a suit of Orichalcum Lamellar with a tight-fitting microweave Orichalcum suit worn beneath it. The armor itself is touched with the Blessing of the Sun, when it was crafted at the hands of a Twilight who loved a Zenith. This version is designed to enhance the powers of a Zenith, though others could certainly be found that enhance another Caste. When found in its entirety, it is Artifact 5. It can, however, be broken down into several parts (thus providing opportunities for a small artifact to become something much bigger).
  Because the powers bestowed upon The Most Glorious Armor of the Unconquered Sun are blessings and enchantments, not mechanisms and machinery, the armor never needs upkeep. If a Storyteller desires balance, Upkeep should instead be a Charisma + Performance roll at difficulty 4, considered a Prayer roll to the Unconquered Sun. (the Priest merit and other sacrifices lower this difficulty).As with any other unmaintained armor, one of the effects shuts down at random.
  

Intrinsic Acceptance--The Pillar of the Sun intended for this armor will never be seen as rude or aggressive if she wears the armor to a function where the wearing of armor would not normally be accepted. This ability only affects those with an Essence less than or equal to the character's.

Radiant Visage-- Resplendant in her glorious armament, the Lawgiver is a thing to be feared. Increase her effective Appearance by 2 and her DV by 1.

Armor of Virtue-- Regardless of the Lawgiver's Caste, the Armor adds additional soak against Creatures of Darkenss as though she were using the Zenith Anima effect. If the Lawgiver is a Zenith herself, and using her Anima Effect, the soak stacks. The bonus soak provided by the armor cannot be pierced or ignored, regardless of how powerful the Creature is.

Holy Strength--The microweave adheres to the wearer's muscles, giving her the might of the Sun himself. Add +2 to her strength for all Str purposes.

The Armor costs 8 motes of Essence to attune, and has a soak of 12L/13B and 8/8 Hardness.

If the orichalcum microweave is found alone, it is Artifact 4, has a soak of 8/8 and 4/4 Hardness, Prayer Upkeep at difficulty 2, contains the abilities Holy Strength and Armor of Virtue and requires 6 motes to Attune.

If the Lamellar is found alone, treat it as a normal suit of Lamellar with a hearthstone setting. This does not cost an extra Artifact dot. If the Bracers are found alone, treat them as standard Hearthstone bracers.
