Sensory Remitter System
Cost: 1 mote
Installation Cost: 1 mote
Duration: Indefinate
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Perception: 3
Minimum Essence: 2
Prerequisite Charms: Sustained Augmentation Of Perception
In its inactive form, this Charm is all but undetectable, as a crystal-inset module hardwired into the side of the Alchemical's brain. By spending 1 mote, the Alchemical can begin recording all visual and auditory information they receive for the remainder of the scene. This function is explicitly allowed to be used whilst the Integrated Artifact Transmogrifier is in effect. The mote remains committed for as long as the information is stored; if released, the information is wiped from the memory crystal, and the Charm is ready to store a different set of information.
The Alchemical may, at any point after information has been stored, allow a panel on the side of their head to open, with the now-glowing memory crystal swinging out on an intricate copper apparatus. It plays back that scene's events in spectral blue-tinted images and slightly tinny sound, before folding back inward for safe storage and further playback. The marginal loss of quality adds 1 to the difficulty of all rolls to distinguish fine details, but otherwise it represents the scene exactly as seen and heard by the Alchemical.
Data Expansion: By compressing the information as it is overlaid across the Essence flows of the memory crystal, this submodule allows for much greater memory storage. The Charm is no longer restricted to storing one scene's information at once, and will instead store as much as the Alchemical can commit the Essence for.
Clarity Booster: Taking the form of several additional lenses and sound synthesisers attached to the replay apparatus, this submodule increases the quality of playback. The +1 difficulty to distinguish fine detail from recordings no longer applies.
Crystal Synthesiser: After a few modifications to the replay apparatus, including the imbedding of a jade-set cylinder behind the crystal, this submodule allows the memory crystal to be removed and placed on a compatible crystal reader for further viewing. The Alchemical spends five motes for each scene recording on the old crystal; this makes their recording permanent, and refines Essence into a replacement crystal. This submodule requires Essence 3 to install.
Dispatch Matrix: A complex apparatus built over the Crystal Synthesiser, this submodule allows the memory crystal to be transferred instantly back to a keyed receiver, typically located in the Alchemical's home city or base of operations. Does so costs one mote more than removing it with the Crystal Sythesiser normally would. This submodule requires a Crystal Synthesiser and Essence 4 to install.
Audiovisual Relay Unit
Cost: 2 motes
Installation Cost: 1 mote
Duration: Indefinate
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Perception: 4
Minimum Essence: 3
Prerequisite Charms: Sensory Remitter System
This Charm is implanted alongside the opening for the Sensory Remitter System, and appears as a coil of metal and essence conduits. By spending 1 mote, the Alchemical extends a thin aerial from the top of the Charm. Whilst the Essence is commited to it, all allied Alchemicals with a Sensory Remitter System installed within (Essence x 100 yards) receive a continuous feed of the character's own experiences. They may experience these themselves, partition them to a part of their sight and hearing or even record them, if they so wish. Besides the stunting and espionage potential of this, all Alchemicals receiving a feed from an Audiovisual Relay increase their initiative by 1 for each transmitting individual within range.
Decryption Processor: This submodule allows the Alchemical to receive feeds from non-allied Audiovisual Relays within range. If they are from hostile sources, the character receives a +1 bonus to attack or defend against any broadcasting foe. This benefit is considered an artificial speciality that stacks on top of normal speciality maximums.

Feedback
I would suggest that the Decryption Processor allows the module to work with non-alchemical, carried artifact versions, often used by elite units of mortal autocthonian troops. I would also suggest you can only tap into an enemy Alchemical's feed if you exceed their permanant Essence. Otherwise, these look great!
