The world is resplendant in essence. All things of the world naturally have it flow through them and strengthen them. Even the Exalted replenish their strength from it naturally through breathing. With this charm the Solar takes things one step further. So long as she is in places where she can regain essence normally while this charm is active the Solar need not breath, eat or drink. Instead they let pure essence sustain them. Sadly this charm does nothing to prevent feelings of thirst and hunger from affecting a Solar making it a useful but poor subsitute for the real thing.
