War brings with it many hardships, not just those posed by the enemy but the stress and fatigue can erode a soldier to the point where she can't help anyone anymore. Nobody knows where or how this charm came into existance but many Sworn Brotherhoods are glad that it does.
This charm enhances sexual intercourse to share the fatigue based penalties of any single participent between all of them. This charm has no effect on intoxication or wound penalties.

Tender Caress Renewal
Cost: 5m 1wp
Mins: Medicine 5, Essence 3
Type: Reflexive
Keywords: Combo-Ok, Touch
Duration: One Scene
Prerequisite Charms: Grievous Wound Altering Energy
Wood Aspects, particularly those who peruse medicine have a natural predisposition towards being caregivers in several senses. Sometimes with the horrors of war a patient needs more than their wounds tended and this charm provides that intimate spiritual and physical comfort.
This charm enhances sexual intercourse to provide similar benefits to an entire day of rest, the recipient recovers single health level of (non-aggravated) damage, and rolls to recover willpower as though they had spent a day resting.
Successive uses of this charm do not allow the recipient to regain further willpower.

Progeny Siring Guidance
Cost: 1wp
Mins: Medicine 5, Essence 5
Type: Reflexive
Keywords: Touch, Dynasty
Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charms: Most Beneficent Seed of the Five Dragons

Making one’s own path is a luxury rarely afforded to the Prince’s of the Earth and many young Dragon-Blooded soon find themselves confronted by a life of obligation and duty. By meditating intently upon a related subject prior to conception a Dragon-Blooded parent with this charm can make this responsibility a little easier, nudging them towards pre-planned goals even in the womb. The Varang City States loath the idea of this charm but know better than to enforce laws that only apply to powerful Dragon-Blooded.

This charm is activated during conception; it allows the parent with this charm to select one of their child’s favoured abilities. In the unlikely event that both Dragon-Blooded both possess this charm and desire different outcomes then the mother wins by default.

Dynasty Seeding Practice
Cost: 1wp
Mins: Medicine 7, Essence 7, Breeding 5
Type: Reflexive
Keywords: Touch, Dynasty, Purity
Duration: Instant
Prerequisite Charms: Progeny Siring Guidance

This powerful charm expands upon Progeny Siring Guidance and is said to be the pinnacle of Terrestrial Exalted selective breeding. In the First Age it was used by Dragon-Blooded Gens so they would always be able to breed superior Dragon-Blooded to the Deliberative's requirements.
In the Age of Sorrows, the charm has fallen out of favour for various reasons- not least of them being that few Dragon-Blooded are ever powerful enough to use it.
Like its prerequisite, this charm is activated during conception; it allows the parent with this charm to select one of their child’s attributes that will become a Legendary Attribute. Regardless of if the child exalts or not they will in later life be able to raise this Attribute to 6 dots through experience or bonus points. In the unlikely event that both parents are Dragon-Blooded both possess this charm and desire different outcomes then the mother wins by default.

Comments

sex charms, both sensual healing and a new definition of the term "family planning" it may need a new keyword as unless "Touch" becomes a lot dirtier.

Fun stuff. As written, Tender Caress Renewal is an ordinary healing charm requiring only a normal touch; if you want it to be sexual in nature, that needs to be spelled out in the Charm text. With regard to Progeny Siring Guidance, if both parents use the Charm, why not let each of them choose a different Favored Ability? It seems to me that you get more story potential out of it if both parents get to push the child towards their respective goals. - Quendalon

The main reason I didn't let them both pick a favoured ability is that the child won't be born Dragon-Blooded and may not even exalt at all, resulting in one favoured ability. I do see your point though. - Enchantress
