Justification for Stats

The attacks of the Tomescu are all based on the base stats of actual weapons, so they are easily translated to Power Combat. Ignore the defense ratings of the weapons: it is stated that the Tomescu always parries with its hook sword-like limbs, no matter which limbs it uses to attack. (That is why the Defense rating of each limb is 12.)

Ignoring Defense, you will find that each limb corresponds to the weapon of the same name (the "sword-limb" corresponds to a chopping sword), except with +1 Speed and +1 Accuracy -- consistent with an exceptional weapon. So, I'll just replace those weapons with their PC versions. Since there is one +1 bonus unaccounted for (it isn't to damage, and on the hook sword limb it isn't to defense), I will say that it is assigned to Rate. Also, for clarity, unlike in the GoD I stat the hook sword limb seperately, with the understanding that the Tomescu will always parry with it.

Rate, and Special Ability

I'm inclined to say that the Tomescu's free parry/counterattack actions bypass the normal Rate for its weapons. (Or, at least, that it should be able to make up to its Rate in attacks and parries with each individual limb.) - Raindoll
