Of Truths Best Unspoken
I estimate that the Sidereals can use this Charm 12 times a month.
Total.
Practically, it's probably more like 8.
But it does let them say, "Hey, if I were a Sidereal historian at the end of the Age of Sorrows, thinking back to this year, when would I remember Solars showing up?"
Then they roll the dice and get, say, 5 successes?
That's a legendary Lore roll. That's a prophecy.
The best way to avoid this?
Be the kind of person---for whatever reason---that they wouldn't remember.
