Okay, some things I am trying to work around.
The original rulers were a mantis-hybrid race.
The rulers used enslaved Fae, spirits, elementals and demons to build this city.
The city gets its name from the quartz deposits in the mountain which glitter like star dust when any light hits it.
Each part of the city varies in design. An overall theme exists but the city reflects the hands that shaped it more so than the imagery of those who asked for the image. The architecture reflects the different slaves as well.
The city is accessable through the WYld and the Underworld.
The city is in a stable portion of the Wyld due to First Age magic in place.
The map of Manses in the Invisible Fortress will have this city marked on it.
== Things to reflect upon ==

Do the Deathlords remember it?
Do the slaves that built it speak of it?
Who inhabits it now?
Is there a Deathlord inhabiting this city?
How to the Fae feel about it?
Were the rulers killed in the Contagion, the War with the Fae or in an uprising before?
Concept: Well I have been talking to people about the Underworld and the Wyld. Some interesting points have been brought up and I am planning on incorporating some of my random thoughts into a more tangible format to be a plotline for my campaign when the players get to that point.

The city will be part of a mountain, carved as one solid piece from the mountain face. It will lie deep in the Wyld and will be accessable in one of two ways. 1) Trek through the Wyld until the players reach it and face all that lies in their path, and 2) travel through the Underworld beyond the reach of the populated realms into unexplored territory until finding the access into the city through the Underworld.

This is all still raw thoughts rolling around in my head but I will figure out the details and post them as things develop.
