The secret world of the immaterial is like an open book to the Viziers. This charm lets the character see, hear, smell and feel-but not touch-dematerialized creatures. It makes dematerialized creatures within the normal range of the character's senses valid targets for the character's Awareness actions, including reflexive Awareness actions. At Essence 4 this charm can act like a radar letting the character be aware of spirits beyond physical obstructions. The difficulty of such an awareness roll is 4 and doesn't give the character any information except that there is a dematerialized entity over there. If they are intentionally trying to hide add their stealth roll successes to the difficulty of 4.

Forged as were the other exalted as living weapons their blows can hit even those who have no physical form. This Charm enhances an attack, making dematerialized creatures within the attack's normal range valid targets. The attack deals aggravated damage to spirits, materialized or otherwise. This charm is explicily permitted to supplement actions using other Abilities. Note that if the character cannot see the spirit she attacks, he receives the normal -2 external penalty.

The doors to Heaven open to the touch of the Sidereals. This charm opens up any Sanctum doorway or Yu-Shan Gate that the Sidereal touches. At Essence 5 the Sidereal can spend an additional point of Willpower to try to summon the Calibration Gate. If someone has used the Celestial Circle Spell Summon the Heavenly Portal this charm permits a contested effect roll off to bring the Gate to the Sidereal.

When a Sidereal acts in accordance to what resonates with their nature they find that the world bends to lend them aid. When a Vizier has 3 of the 5 associations of their Caste going for them double the dice they get from stunts. These extra dice count as dice granted by charms.


Fourth Secret of Pasiap Trick

The earth has many secrets. Modern legends of the Dragonblooded hold that the Immaculate Dragon Pasiap taught them the secrets of geomancy. In the Primordial War the Elemental Dragon tutored some in the art lending some credence to the myth. The Vizier's watched and learned and gleaned this secret from their observations. This charm must be used on a Hearthstone from a manse the Sidereal is attuned to. The cost is 1m per dot of the Manse and then for the rest of the day instead of providing a power and mote regeneration the stone instead grants a mote regenation and only mote regeneration as if the Vizier was actually within her manse.

Spider's Eye Discipline strikes me as a bit overspecialized. There aren't that many things outside of Fate. I'd include things that are from outside Creation, but still inside Fate as well. haren
