=== Lunar Anima Powers ===

*<b>Full Moon</b> - For ten motes, the Full Moon may double his movement speed and triple his jumping distances for scene. At the 11-15 mote anima banner level, this ability is automatically activated.

*<b>Changing Moon</b> - A Changing Moon is never locked into his True Forms. His banner is still displayed, but he may continue to change forms however he wishes.

*<b>No Moon</b> - For five motes, the Lunar may add her Essence in automatic successes to any roll involving memory.  This specifically transcends incarnations, which means a No Moon may use her anima power to add successes towards any First-Age-related roll. These successes do not count against dice caps. At the 11-15 mote anima banner lever, this power is automatically activated and applied to every applicable roll made.

Second Edition Lunars Now Character Creation

Step One: Concept

Pretty self-explanatory. Choose anima, totem, Tell, Motivation, etc. No big changes here.

Step Two: Attributes

All Atts start with one dot. The attribute spread is 9/7/5.

Three of these attributes are Caste Attributes:

  • Full Moon = Strength, Dexterity, Stamina
  • Changing Moon = Charisma, Manipulation, Appearance
  • No Moon = Perception, Intelligence, Wits

In addition, the Lunar may select two other non-caste attributes as his Favored Attributes. A Favored Attribute cannot be the lowest-scored Attribute in its category.

Step Three: Abilities

Lunars receive 28 ability points. No ability may go above 3 without bonus point expenditure. A Lunar should probably take at least Survival 2, or he will never heard the end of it about the Poison Ivy Incident from the other Lunars.

Step Four: Advantages

Lunars benefit from an extant society and support network which, though it does not support them wholesale, provides more help than a newly Exalted Solar is likely to find. As such, Lunars receive 9 background points. No background may exceed three without bonus point expenditure.

Like everyone else, Lunars get 5 dots of Virtues to start, with a free dot in each Virtue. No Virtue can exceed 4 without bonus point expenditure.

Lunars receive 9 charms to start. At least five of these must be charms of the Lunar's Caste or Favored Attributes.

Step Five: Finishing Touches

Essence begins at 2. Willpower is recorded as the sum of the two highest Virtues.

Personal Essence is calculated as ([Essence x2] + [Willpower x2]). Peripheral is calculated as ([Essence x 4] + [Willpower x2] + [Highest Virtue x3]).

The character receives 15 bonus points that may be spent at any point in character creation.

  • Attributes - 4 (3 if Caste or Favored)
  • Abilities - 2
  • Charms - 6 (5 if Caste or Attribute)
