Nice charm... it really is... encompasses the Vader style grip all the way along to a psychic mind-blasting nastiness. It's a wonderfully evil thought. But... would it ever really happen? Even the most virtueless cur is going to have willpower of 2, and essence of 1. And they have to have been dream-eaten or be very callous.
