Instead she rolls (Perception + Melee) at a difficulty equal to the attacker’s permanent essence. I wrote the above charm in co-operation with my Storyteller long before Ordained Talon of Draconic Fury was written but I imagine that with so few essence 6 Dragon-Blooded the two charms can co-exist within the setting.

Multiple levels of aggrivated is serious enough to make this not a casual encounter charm but also nothing Dragon-Blooded medicine cannot mitigate.
