Just a thought I had:
Mastery of Form</b>
<b>Cost: Special\\ Duration: Permanent\\ Type: Special\\ Min. Manipulation: 5\\ Min. Essence: 4\\ Prereqs: Wondrous Lunar Transformation
With this charm the Lunar goes the need to spend Essence to tranform his shape. By spending a willpower point as well as the normal cost to change shape, the Lunar can shapechange as a reflexive action that does not count as his charm use for the turn. He can assume any form he could normally assume when shapechanging, including his Deadly Beastman Transformation form.
For example, Na'Thal is ambushed. In the first round of combat he spends 1 WP and 5 motes to assume DBT form before the initiative roll, then he activates his combo: Striking Hawk for another 22 motes and 2 WP. An expensive round but one that ends with his enemies - expecting him to be surprised and stuck in human form - lying in pieces on the floor.
