Tiger-Warrior Training has two uses.

The primary (mass training) use can train a number of minor characters equal to the Solar's permanent Essence * 100, by giving them a number of dots of the Experienced Background equal to their permanent Essence, to a maximum of 10. Once they receive 11 or more dots, they lose the Experienced Background, and this training has no further effect upon them, and the excess is wasted.

The secondary method provides for far more individualized training. The Solar trains her permanent Essence * 3 in heroic characters (who can even be Dragon-Blooded or Dragon Kings), either Training them (+1 to 5 chosen Abilities) or giving them a dot of the Experienced or Knowledge Background, up to a maximum of ten. Full Training takes one month instead of one week.
