Introduction
Laiki was tired, her hands hurt from scaling the jagged cliffs of this Gods forsaken island, dirty and heart weary she felt ready to give up, convinced now that the legendary God of this island did not really exist.
As she rested on the cliffs edge she took stock of her surroundings, jungle, heat, insects and unnerving sounds, the ideal place for a war god of the night she conceded.
As she rose to continue her journey a voice spoke from behind her, "you have sought me woman, now I ask of you, what is it you desire?"
Heart pounding so hard she couldn't breathe right, she turned to face the God of Cazaan Island.
To say Laiki was unprepared for the form of the Battle God Aziz would be an understatement. Tales of battles with deadly Fae, Spirits of the Sea, Dragon Blooded warriors and more had built an image of a tall, strikingly dangerous man of fearsome appearance.
Instead she was confronted with a short, wiry dark-skinned man, decorated from head to toe in unintelligable grey and black tattoos, he was clothed only in a simple cloth skirt. His eyes while intelligent, held no fearsome threat, and the only piece of the image that fit was the beautifully crafted and Moonsilver wrought Two Bladed battle spear.
"Speak woman, I am no mind reader, what is it you seek of me?"
Tearfully Laiki told him of the Pirates that had raided her Island, raped, killed and burned, all at the behest of a scarred and fearsome Octopus man.
"They took no prisoners but the youngest males, those not yet men....my son was one of them. With my husband dead, and my people scattered, all I have left is my son."
Aziz sighed, his face weary, but he nodded, "do you know of the price I will ask woman?"
Her face hardened but she nodded, "I will bear you a Beast Child, God of War, should you return my son."

Aziz is another twist on the Lunar Warrior, a creature of speed and stealth. Isolated on his Island, he maintains a tenuous connection with other Lunars and the Islanders around him, acting as a God of Retribution, for a price Aziz will take on Spirits, Fae, Dragon Bloods or even his fellow Lunars. Though not spectacularily talented as a warrior, with his Moonsilver spear and a blend of Charms that enhance his versatility, Aziz is no slouch.
Historically Bat is associated with Darkness, War, the Underworld and Blood. Aziz is the Incarnation of Bat's War Aspect.
Another Bat concept could focus more on Bat's aspect as a Guide to the Underworld (a No-Moon knowledgable in the ways of Shadowlands and putting Ghosts to rest.)
