Here is where my overview of what I'm doing for the Storyteller's Companion-style Terrestrials goes!
The Terrestrials will never learn charms outside their element because it is only by giving them an elemental association that they are able to manipulate essence! This also means that Eclipse castes do not pay a 1-mote surcharge in addition to the usual inflation to use a Terrestrial charm. There will probably be a merit or process that will allow a Terrestrial to gain access to an additional element (though they will be treated like an Eclipse, and require a tutor for every out-of-element charm they want to learn, and the activation cost will be inflated -- though not as badly as an Eclispe has it) that can be taken for every extra element that a character wishes to take... For canonical Terrestrials, assume that for each point of Permanent Essence they have over 3 that they have taken the merit (whatever I name it) once or twice to represent the fact that older Dynasts will have broadened their abilities so as to be more self-reliant.
The elements will have associations.
Air - movement and rational thought, interactions with/through the air, spirits
Earth - stillness, mass, durability and strength, shelter, the material world
Fire - passion and emotion, destruction, the intangible
Water - adaptability, depth, calmness, fluidity
Wood - growth, living creature, healing and the wild
Charms will play to the associations. If they are especially in line with the Aspect, they will be very cheap compared to the charms that are only peripherally associated.
Ox Body is not actually a charm, it is made a charm for convenience sake, and thus I will not make a separate Ox Body just for Earth Aspect Terrestrials. They'll get better soak boosters and such as it is, anyway... JadeSerpent
