Marin Bay Redoubt is the Lookshy navy's base. It is referenced on pages 43-44 of Exalted: Outcaste.
Pertinent facts for quick reference:
- Level 4 Water manse
- Dockyards and shipyards -- presumably including drydocks -- and four First Age slips (currently sealed).
- Several (Lookshy) dragons of infantry and 10 wings of marines.
