When the violin is played, its magical strings call upon the soul of the fiddler, letting their own thoughts range free. As long as the fiddler shares the emotions of the song she plays, it can be heard clearly over a distance of up to half a mile, no matter what other sounds intervene, and anyone who hears it must succeed at a Temperance roll (difficulty 2) or feel the same emotion, taking a -2 die penalty to any actions that go against that emotion.
