Artifact 5 - The bucklers float about Shaka, defending against attacks and striking for him on his tick with his die pool, increasing his dv protection to 6 and allowing him to cast spells, although he can only move at 1 yard per tick and retain the defense bonuses. He commonly uses mental influence charms as his main attack.

Shaka sings and makes a roll of Charisma + Performance against a difficulty of the target's MDV. Any target who fails must spend one willpower per action or else fall to the ground weeping. They must spend a total of extra successes (past the mdv) before they are free.
