Burst of Strength

  • Prerequisite Charms: Superior Bishonen Athletics

Calling on inner reserves, the Bishonen performs a huge feat of lifting or breaking objects. Every mote burned converts one willpower die to an automatic success when trying to break or lift something. He can buy up to his Athletics + Moe in successes on the Willpower roll.


Burst of Speed

  • Cost: 1 mote

The Bishonen moves in a rapid blur, adding his base running speed * his Moe to his base move.


Explosion of Speed

  • Cost: 2 motes
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Subtle/Mental
  • Minimum Athletics: 3
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Burst of Speed

The Bishonen multiplies his base running speed by his (Athletics + Moe) to determine how far he can run this turn.

Mighty Speed

  • Cost: 4 motes
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Subtle/Mental
  • Minimum Athletics: 4
  • Minimum Moe: 3
  • Prerequisite Charms: Explosion of Speed

The Bishonen multiplies his base running speed by his (Athletics + Moe) *10 to determine how far he can run this turn.

Cricket Leap

  • Cost: 1 mote
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Re-Fun
  • Minimum Athletics: 2
  • Minimum Moe: 1
  • Prerequisite Charms: Graceful Bishonen Athletics

The Bishonen snaps off a quick leap like a grasshopper. It can be used in response to an attack, but will not prevent the attack hitting you, as it will be resolved after the blow hits or misses you. It can, however, be used before the next in a series of attacks. The Bishonen moves thrice his normal jumping distance.


Frog Leap

  • Cost: 2 motes
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Re-Fun
  • Minimum Athletics: 3
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Cricket Leap

The Bishonen snaps off a quick leap like a frog leaping for a fly. This carries him a distance equal to his base jump * (Athletics + Moe) (See Cricket Leap for limitations in combat)

Graceful Horse Leap

  • Cost: 4 motes
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Re-Fun
  • Minimum Athletics: 4
  • Minimum Moe: 3
  • Prerequisite Charms: Frog Leap

The Bishonen leaps with the power of a mighty stallion. This carries him a distance equal to his base jump * (Athletics + Moe) * 10. (See Cricket Leap for limitations in combat)


Effortless Speed

  • Cost: 1 mote
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Subtle/Mental
  • Minimum Athletics: 3
  • Minimum Moe: 1
  • Prerequisite Charms: Graceful Bishonen Athletics

The Bishonen is capable of impressive feats of speed and strength, and makes them look easy. Add his Athletics to any Attribute or Attribute + Ability combination used to determine how fast he can move by running, jumping, climbing, etc. (This does not apply to breaking and lifting). This can be comboed with a charm that improves movement, but will only affect Instant duration charms.


Blazing Speed

  • Cost: 3 motes
  • Duration: One Scene
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Athletics: 4
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Effortless Speed

The Bishonen moves like the light of the sun. Add his Athletics to any Attribute or Attribute + Ability combination used to determine how fast he can move by running, jumping, climbing, etc. (This does not apply to breaking and lifting). This will increase the effectiveness of any other movement charms used while this is active.


Lightning Speed

  • Cost: 6 motes
  • Duration: One Scene
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Athletics: 5
  • Minimum Moe: 3
  • Prerequisite Charms: Blazing Speed

For one scene, multiply how far you can run, jump, swim, etc, by your Athletics. This stacks with other Athletics charms which increase movement.

Nimble Squirrel Stance

  • Cost: 3 motes
  • Duration: One Scene
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Athletics: 2
  • Minimum Moe: 1
  • Prerequisite Charms: Graceful Bishonen Athletics

The Bishonen can stand on anything solid without ever falling. This includes the blades of people's weapons, though getting onto such may not be easy.


Impossible Movement Style

  • Cost: 6 motes
  • Duration: One Scene
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Athletics: 3
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Nimble Squirrel Stance

The Bishonen can now perform several feats of impossible movement. He can cling to walls with hands and feet, allowing him to even scuttle across ceilings. Furthermore, he can now walk on liquids so long as they aren't dangerous to touch. He never loses his footing, even on slick or entirely liquid surfaces.


Air-Walking Method

  • Cost: 3 motes, 1 WP
  • Duration: One Scene
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Athletics: 4
  • Minimum Moe: 3
  • Prerequisite Charms: Impossible Movement Style

The Bishonen may now walk on air; this allows him to walk, run, climb, or jump in the air as if it was solid when it's helpful and not solid when it would get in his way. He moves at normal speeds, unless other charms, sorcery, etc, make him move quicker.


Bird-Imitation Technique

  • Cost: 10 motes, 1 WP
  • Duration: One Scene
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Athletics: 5
  • Minimum Moe: 4
  • Prerequisite Charms: Air-Walking Method

The Bishonen can now fly around like a bird, moving at his Athletics * Base Running speed.

Smooth Landing

  • Cost: 2 motes
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Re-fun
  • Minimum Athletics: 3
  • Minimum Moe: 1
  • Prerequisite Charms: Graceful Bishonen Athletics

Like a graceful cat, the Bishonen lands on his feet. End any fall on your feet and add your Athletics + Moe to your soak against the falling damage.


Bounce

  • Cost: 4 motes
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Re-fun
  • Minimum Athletics: 4
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Smooth Landing

The Bishonen re-directs part of his kinetic energy upon hitting the ground, causing him to bounce away from the fall, less injured. Treat the distance as halved for purposes of determining damage; the Bishonen then bounces away a distance equal to up to half the distance fallen; he takes no damage from this bounce.


Perfect Landing

  • Cost: 6 motes
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Re-fun
  • Minimum Athletics: 5
  • Minimum Moe: 3
  • Prerequisite Charms: Bounce

The Bishonen can be thrown or fall any distance; when he activates this charm, he lands smoothly without any injury from the distance fallen or thrown, and is ready to act. (He may take damage if whatever he hits is dangerous to impact--broken glass, pools of acid, etc.)
