No force can escape the savage attack of the Lunar hunter, no matter what way they choose to flee. This Charm must be activated within ten ticks of  another character using a Charm or magical effect in order to teleport themselves or others to a different location. As the character reaches out, she grabs the fading strands of Essence used by her target and forces them open once again, taking herself in pursuit.

The character promptly teleports to the same location as the initial effect targeted, following any and all special rules or effects caused by the transport, exactly as though she was the person who teleported initially. She appeares within a yard of the initial target, in a safe location (provided such exists).
