The Catgirl learns how to tap into the Dragon Lines. If she is within a hundred yards of one, she can try to open it and use it to draw power. The Storyteller must set a power level for any dragon-lines, from 1 to 5. The Catgirl then rolls Intelligence + Occult with a difficulty of the line's level. If she succeeds, she is then linked into the Dragon-Line and may attempt to pull power from it in order to aid her spell-casting. If she botches this roll, she takes aggravated damage equal to the Line's level. Once she has a link, she may make a Re-Fun roll when spell-casting of her Intelligence + Occult. If she succeeds, she may draw 5 motes for every level of the Dragon Line, which is subtracted from the cost of the spell she is casting. If she botches this roll or if she didn't have enough motes in himself already to cover the cost of the spell, the line draws that many motes from him, doing one level of lethal damage for every 5 motes she is lacking to meet this sucking out of her Moe (he cannot soak this, except with charms that prevent taking damage from life force drains or perfect defenses against damage).
If used inside a Desmene or Manse, the difficulty and power level is that of the Desmene or Manse.
People at either end of the dragon line may well notice any power fluctations due to your spell casting and grow curious.
