Eyes Ever-Open
Cost: None
Duration: Permanent
Type: Permanent
Minimum essence: 4
Minimum Awareness: 5
Keywords: none
Prerequisite Charms: Keen Sense Technique
The exalt's eyes are open, their ears are keen, and they can smell the hint of an idea on the wind. There is nothing that escapes their vision, and nothing that surprises them.
This is a permanent upgrade to Keen Sense Technique; it now costs 1 mote, and is of indefinite duration.
Boundless Vision Understanding
Cost: 4m
Duration: Instant
Type: Reflexive
Minimum Essence: 3
Minimum Awareness: 4
Keywords: Combo-OK
Prerequisite Charms: Keen Sense Technique
The exalt is not hindered by the lesser things of the world that would obstruct his understanding - the tumult of the waves in his ears, the acrid tang of smoke in his nose, these things are nothing to him. Negate all external penalties to an awareness roll.
Comments
Props all around. I'm especially fond of Eyes Ever-Open - I've always hated how tough it was for an observant Solar to stay observant all the time. This makes it much more reasonable. I'd also like to propose a charm that allows you to ignore commitment costs for some number of motes, as long as those motes are committed to Awareness charms. This might allow you to always have, say 3m of Awareness charms up, but those charms could be of your choosing. Just another idea. If you like it, feel free to stick it on your page. As I don't have any Awareness charms of my own, people are more likely to find your page useful. -- GreenLantern
