The Glorious Palanquin

Artifact: 2
Material: Green Brass, Blood Ruby, and gold
Attunement: 4 (currently in the panoply of the demon Kybernytos, attune 0)

Kybernytos does not remember where he found the Glorious Palanquin, and if pressed will claim that he pressed Ligier into his service to forge it for him. This is unlikely, as it is unlikely that Ligier would create something so petty, and Kybernytos is lucky that his voice is not louder.
The palanquin is a large platform of ruby and porcelain, about eight feet by ten feet, with a massive throne of green brass and gold at its center. It has handles for eight beings to carry it, and this would likely prove impossible given the weight of the thing if not for its power; the palanquin grants 2 to strength and 2 dice to aid or defend its passenger to any being that carries it during any scene in which they have done so. The palanquin may not provide this bonus to more than eight beings at once; the attuned owner of the throne may, however, choose to revoke the blessing from any number of creatures currently under its auspices if a new group lift the litter.
The palanquin is heavy enough that it takes a combined strength+athletics of 40 to lift it. Without the bonus that the device itself grants, a difficult total to achieve.
