Angry Lolita Bite

  • Cost: 1 mote per die
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Re-Useless
  • Minimum Thrown: 2
  • Minimum Moe: 1
  • Prerequisite Charms: Thrown Insight of the Lolita

Having a cute little girl bite you can be (and probably will be) painful, but it will also look very cute. It will look even cuter if you start running around like crazy; the Lolita clung to you like a tick, never letting go until the damage is done. In a similar fashion, the Lolita’s weapons turn in mid-flight to pursue their prey. After the target declares any defense, the Gothic Lolita may activate this Charm to subtract one die per mote spent from the target’s player’s defense roll against a single Thrown attack the Lolita makes. The Gothic Lolita cannot spend more motes powering this Charm than are required to reduce a victim’s dice pool to his permanent Moe rating. If the target has Charms or other effects that allow multiple forms of defense, Angry Lolita Bite applies only to the first defense.

Black Silk Thread Method

A Lolita treasures her possessions. By means of this Charm, she will never lose her precious thrown weapons. She attaches thread of black silk made of her Moe to every weapon she’s about to use. Only she can see the black silk thread. Effectively, any thrown weapon used by the character in this scene returns to her hand at the end of the turn in which it was thrown. Even if the weapon hits and damages an opponent, it flies from the wound to its owner’s hand. A botch on any Thrown roll prevents that weapon from returning.

Hands in the Bonfire Defense Style

  • Cost: 1 mote (4 motes against area attacks)
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Re-Useless
  • Minimum Thrown: 4
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Angry Lolita Bite

It has already been stated several times before that a Loli’s tiny hands are miracles of supernatural swiftness. They can move anywhere and strike anywhere in an instant. With this Charm, the Lolita’s hands’ speed reaches extreme levels, allowing her to pluck arrows and other missile weapons from the air before they can hit her. The Gothic Lolita may reflexive parry any ranged attack she is aware of with her full Dexterity + Thrown pool. If this roll leaves the attacker with no successes, the Exalt has successfully caught the projectile and may subsequently do with it whatever she wishes. Even if the defender fails to score more successes than her attacker, she still reduces the damage of the attack as normal (this is not an all-or-nothing proposition).

The speed at which the character grabs incoming missiles is sufficient to douse most fires. The character cannot parry bolts of Moe or other purely mystical projectiles unless she has a permanent Moe of 3 or higher. If the Gothic Lolita successfully parries an intangible missile, it disperses harmlessly against her palm.

Hands in the Bonfire Defense Style may also be used to defend against ranged area-of-effect attacks. This use costs 4 motes instead of 1, and the character only deflects missiles threatening her. Otherwise, parrying an area assault follows the same rules as any other application of this Charm.

Black Widow Defense Style

  • Cost: 5 motes
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Re-Useless
  • Minimum Thrown: 5
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Hands in the Bonfire Defense Style

The Lolita releases hundreds of black threads made entirely of Moe, creating a dome-shaped web of pure Moe, capable of stopping almost any attack. Her player rolls Dexterity + Thrown, with a difficulty equal to her opponent’s Moe. If the roll succeeds, the Exalt avoids any undesirable effect. This Charm can block all incoming ranged attacks and hand-to-hand attacks in which the opponent has to move close to the Lolita before attacking. This includes attacks the Gothic Lolita is not aware of, area-of-effect attacks made from a distance and attacks with no physical component. The Gothic Lolita must use this Charm before her opponent’s player makes the attack roll or as soon as her player knows about the effect, whichever is applicable.

Persistent Crow Strike

  • Cost: 4 motes per attack
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Extra Action
  • Minimum Thrown: 3
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Angry Lolita Bite

Lolitas are usually patient and subtle, but they can be insanely annoying when necessary. With this Charm, the Gothic Lolita throws a weapon, which bounces and ricochets off nearby surfaces, striking at its target over and over with utmost accuracy. The weapon can make a number of separate attacks equal to the Lolita’s Thrown score, each attack (including the first) costing 4 motes. Each attack is made at the character’s normal Thrown dice pool, with no subtractions for multiple actions. The constant ricocheting allows the weapon to strike from impossible angles, always hitting its intended target without penalty, denying the benefit of cover and shields, and even hitting targets hiding around corners. Once the attacks are resolved, the weapon returns to the character’s hand at the end of the turn. If an attack misses, the weapon continues ricocheting for its next attack. If any of these rolls botch, the weapon hits an unintended target (the Lolita might end up hit by her own weapon) and drops to the ground. When using this Charm, rolls to hit targets that the character cannot see are at +1 difficulty if the target’s exact position is known or at difficulty 2 if the character is aiming by sound or intuition.

Black Feather Descent

  • Cost: 4 motes
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Thrown: 3
  • Minimum Moe: 3
  • Prerequisite Charms: Confusing Lolita Thrown

Gothic Lolitas who specialize in attacking from a distance rarely run out of ammunition. Even if they do, they can still fight as long as their cuteness allows them to. With this Charm, a Lolita can shape her Moe in the form of a beautiful black feather with razor-sharp edges. The black feather’s base damage equals the Lolita’s Strength + 2, and it deals lethal damage. However, the Thrown attack made with the black feather has no penalties for range because its range interval extends as far as the Lolita’s eyes can see. The black feathers cannot be used as hand-to-hand weapons.

Demon Lady Black Feather Attack

  • Cost: 1 mote per Demon Lady Black Feather
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Re-Useless
  • Minimum Thrown: 4
  • Minimum Presence: 2
  • Minimum Moe: 3
  • Prerequisite Charms: Black Feather Descent

The Gothic Lolita creates special Demon Lady Black Feathers – black feathers with a tinge of crimson. Demon Lady Black Feathers created with this Charm have a base lethal damage and Accuracy equal to the character’s Moe rating and a range in yards of five times this value. Without other magic, a character cannot throw more than (her Moe) feathers per turn. The Gothic Lolita doesn’t really need to throw the feathers, she only needs to let go of them and they fly fast and true to their intended target, which means a character can use the feathers even while restrained. Demon Lady Black Feathers do add the Lolita’s Strength to their base damage, and attack successes also contribute normally. Demon Lady Black Feathers infuse their victims with a tinge of “mental venom” that makes the Lolita look even more beautiful and awe-inspiring to their eyes. Players of characters hit by a feather must roll Stamina + Resistance against a difficulty of the Lolita’s Presence score. Exalted victims whose players fail this roll take a penalty on all rolls against the Gothic Lolita equal to the Loli’s Moe for a number of scenes equal to her Charisma. UnExalted victims whose players fail fall hopelessly in love with the Lolita, unable to spend a single moment without being close to her, eventually becoming her mindless slaves and playthings.

Black Feather of Demises

  • Cost: 8 motes, 1 Willpower
  • Duration: Varies
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Thrown: 5
  • Minimum Moe: 3
  • Prerequisite Charms: Demon Lady Black Feather Attack

Death at the hands of a Gothic Lolita can come in many ways. This is one of the most……”elegant.” The Lolita whispers an obscure prayer and creates a very special black feather that shines with a silvery radiance and feels cold to the touch. The Black Feather of Demises has the same stats of a Demon Lady Black Feather, but it contains no mental venom. Instead, when striking a living victim, the feather rapidly burrows into her body and begins its painful journey to her heart, inflicting one die of unsoakable lethal damage each minute. This damage continues until the victim dies or the Lolita wills the feather to temporarily stop. The Gothic Lolita can later will the feather to resume its path at any time. The feather itself remains in existence as long as the Lolita leaves Moe committed to it or until its victim dies. Skilled doctors can sometimes remove a Black Feather of Demises, but the Dexterity + Medicine roll for such surgery has a minimum difficulty of 4 and requires a sharp knife and the surgeon’s undivided dice action for 10 turns (half a minute).

Black Feather Explosion

  • Cost: 12 motes, 1 Willpower, 1 health level
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Thrown: 5
  • Minimum Moe: 4
  • Prerequisite Charms: Demon Lady Black Feather Attack

The Gothic Lolita creates hundreds of black feathers in the air around her as she announces the demise of her enemies, which tear through the air and the flesh of her enemies at supersonic speed. Everyone within five yards of the Gothic Lolita suffers lethal damage (soaked normally) equal to the Lolita’s Wits + Thrown + Moe.

This damage is reduced by one die for every yard further out, so victims six yards away suffer (Wits + Thrown + Moe – 1)L, etc. This damage cannot be dodged or blocked by anything but a perfect defense.

Flock of Bloody Crows Strike

  • Cost: 7 motes
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Extra Action
  • Minimum Thrown: 5
  • Minimum Moe: 2
  • Prerequisite Charms: Black Feather Descent, Persistent Crow Strike

The Lolita’s weapon seems to be everywhere at the same time, striking and ricocheting only to strike again, filling the battlefield with the cries and blood of the Lolita’s victims. The weapon makes a number of separate attacks equal to the Lolita’s Thrown score. Each attack is made at her full Thrown dice pool, with no penalties for multiple actions. If an attack misses, the weapon simply moves on to its next target. However, if any roll botches, the weapon strikes an unintended victim and falls to the ground. Otherwise, the weapon faithfully returns to its master’s hand at the end of the turn. All targets of the Flock of Bloody Crows Strike must be in range when the character first throws the weapon, and no target may be hit more than once with a given weapon during a single use of this Charm.

Devil Locust Swarm Technique

  • Cost: 6 motes, 1 Willpower
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Extra Action
  • Minimum Thrown: 5
  • Minimum Moe: 3
  • Prerequisite Charms: Flock of Bloody Crows Strike

A weapon enchanted with this Charm not only possesses the lethality of the Flock of Bloody Crows, but also thirsts to devour and obliterate the cuteness of others to feed her ever-hungry and never-satisfied mistress. This Charm duplicates the effect of the Flock of Bloody Crows Strike with two key differences. First, the thrown weapon can actually attack the same target more than once. Second, the weapon feeds when it hits, absorbing 1 mote of Moe for every health level of damage inflicted after soak. If the Gothic Lolita’s player doesn’t botch any attack rolls, the Lolita gains all harvested motes when she recovers her weapon at the end of the turn. Soulsteel throwing weapons also drain motes as normal for each attack.

Reality Revision: Razor Black Feather Genocide Typhoon

  • Cost: 20 motes, 1 Willpower, 1 health level
  • Duration: Instant
  • Type: Speech
  • Minimum Thrown: 5
  • Minimum Moe: 6
  • Prerequisite Charms: Black Feather Explosion, Devil Locust Swarm Technique

The Lolita transforms into an explosion of razor-sharp black feathers, which resolves as the Black Feather Explosion Charm. However, the Lolita remains in the form of a cloud of black feathers, which streaks through the air to relentlessly tear her enemies apart. This works exactly as the Devil Locust Swarm Technique, except that the Lolita doesn’t use a weapon, but her own shapechanged body. While she is in this form, she is completely invulnerable to anything but area attacks, and even then she gets her Moe in automatic successes to dodge rolls.
