Halta The largest nation in the region.
Oddities of the Northeast: Strange locales at the juncture of Wood and Air.
Ghedaran A floating city of clocks, ratmen Lunars, and ruled by a monsterous remnant of Bagrash Kol's once-glorious empire. It's specifically to make a bit of Steampunk Exalted until Alchemicals comes out, so it's pretty damn magitech-heavy.
Honmai an Imperial tributary west of Sijan plagued by a feuding dynasty and forest bandits. Dominated geographically by snowcapped mountains, terraced farmland and bamboo and cedar forests.
