As he stood among the dirty linens hung in the laundry room, Cynis Agretha reflected on the injustice of the situation. They had armies of slaves for a reason. He was a Prince of the Earth, not some paltry drudge. There was no reason at all for him to be wasting his considerable skills cleaning sheets after an orgy he had not even been allowed to attend.
It was not the first time he had though along these lines. For as long as he could remember, he had been sent to clean when he was unable to behave up to the minimal standards put forth. He remembered the glory of his exaltation. The first though to go through his head as he realized what was happening was "Thank the Dragons I'll never have to do paltry chores again."
Later that evening, he had been stuck cleaning a chimney. The bully he had drowned in a mud puddle during his exaltation was, as it turned out, the unexalted daughter of a scion of house Ragara that his parents owed considerable money. The fact that she was old enough her exaltation prospects were looking abysmal was the one thing that saved him from even worse punishment.
As he examined the sheets around him, he continued to fume. By the Dragons, he was a marital arts master. A martial arts prodigy even. Never mind that he had been to the Palace of the Tamed Storm instead of the Cloister of Wisdom. The fact that they were too stupid to realize his value was their failing, not his. By the time he was 25, he had already mastered the Five-Dragon form, and by 35 he had created not one, but two martial arts styles of his own. One was a true expression of his excellence as a warrior, one he was flaunting at anyone who would listen. The other he still held as a secret. Its value came come from the fact that his family held a tight rein on him. It was useful for keeping them paying his stipend. There were even a few charms that might some day truly prove useful in a fight, wild cards to through out when his prospects were looking down.
Either way, one day everyone in the Realm would grant him the respect he deserved.
With a hardening of resolution, he adopted the Proper Household Maintenance form. With a slight fluttering of air, dust began to gravitate to him, collecting slowly into the dustpan at his feet. That was not his true intent though. Carefully examining the sheets hung around him, he struck out in every direction at once, calling forth the charm Auspicious Sheet Cleaning Methodology. As he struck them, the grime flew free, its least spirit answering his call. Rips in the material flowed together, as the sheets answered his call to once again be in alignment with their proper destiny.
As he examined the stack of perfectly clean and folded linens in front of him, a slight smile broke on his face. He would not be expected to finish for at least another hour. The time would not be wasted. He sat upon the floor, which had been rendered grime free by his arts, and began to meditate. Soon he would be ready to stop thinking about the new style he was designing, and actually develop it. Soon, he would transcend the limits of martial arts that his Dragon Blooded compatriots worked within. Even the Immaculates would tremble beneath the power he wielded.
Cleaning sheets was merely the first step on the long road to becoming the most powerful Prince of the Earth that creation had ever known.

Interesting, but silly. Now, if he had used Auspicious Beating Prana to beat the dirt away from the sheets OR beat an enemy, or Scouring Shout to clean off dirt / knock an opponent senseless.... Is this just some fun fluff? Or is this going anywhere mechanics and crunchwise? --Overshee
