With this Charm, the Exalt need only lock eyes with a scavenger in order to master it. The affected animal becomes something akin to a Familiar; it understands and obeys her commands without question, and may inform her of what it has seen and heard using noises and gestures. The Abyssal may command any number of scavengers in this manner. Once the Charm expires, the animal returns to normal, but it acquires a taste for the Abyssal’s presence and will linger in her vicinity until driven off or slain.
