Those things don't map 1:1 to the Craft Ability. He's not a 500 Charm long Craft tree; rather, his shtick as the Great Maker informs his whole set, to the same degree as is reflected in the other Yozis (consider the example of the Greys—when he unleashed his giant nation-smiting Essence ray, it killed them and converted their remains into potent components to make stuff with. That's where he diverges from Solars). This actually means you are less likely to see consolidated "Craft Charms" the way the Solars have them, where they spend 8xp and can suddenly turbocraft with no tools. It means his competence in that direction is enormously distributed and somewhat inefficient—but quite potent taken as a whole.

On Autochthon's crafting capabilities:

"The Craft Ability" isn't Autochthon's theme, and while he may have managed landmark achievements the Twilights never (yet) managed to duplicate, Solar crafting potential is unlimited. Which is to say, no matter how good Autodude is, he ain't above their potential ceiling. Because there isn't one.

More on Autochthhon's crafting capabilities, from the same thread:

(A few posts later)

Autochthon is probably the greatest inventor to have ever lived. "Designed Exaltation" is a pretty big feather to have in your cap.

However—

Worth considering: Dude is, at minimum, millions of years old. Maybe billions.

The most eminent of the Twilights had long since managed to smoke many of his latter-day wonders, and had reached the precipice of his greatest achievements and were going at them with prybars when the Usurpation rolled in. And none of them had yet celebrated their 4,000th birthday.

Consider what they might have looked like in another thousand years—or another ten thousand, if that suits you better.
