The Suit is worn by PC Rukia Mortis, a crimelord Chosen of Secrets. It appears like a normal pinstriped suit, however, each stripe is a thread of starmetal, affording her +5/+5 soak. It has no mobility and no fatigue penalty and can be used freely with any Martial Arts style. The Suit also receives the benefits of the Starmetal magical material bonus and costs 3 motes of attunement.
