This group of Exalts is not as much a circle as a loose collection of misfits sharing a common goal. Every member is immensely powerfull in it's own right and would they work together, the group would be almost unstopable. Luckily, it has not realy happened yet.
It's members are
Swifty/CircleOfTheFettered/Zephiren Abyssal Exalted
Swifty/CircleOfTheFettered/Khalida
Comment: Unfortunately, the wiki does not support a third layer, such as you appear to be attempting to use. I believe standard practice would advise using SwiftyCircleOfTheFettered/Name, SwiftyCircle/Name, Swifty/Name, or the like. -WillCoon
