The Solars have an uncanny ability to know when Essence is being used around them. This charm allows the caster to detect any use of Essence within (Essencex100) yards with a reflexive Awareness check. If the Essence-user's permanent Essence is higher than the caster's, the caster suffers a -1 penalty to all actions except flee for each point of difference between their respective Essence scores.
