Beings of the Underworld or Malfeas, not of Chaos, but simply of a different order, receive a penalty to all their actions equal to the Lunar's Essence while in those boundaries. Ritual of Lunar Stability can be used within it with an instant activation and no ritual, easily mantaining its Creation-ordered existence.
