The Prefect's Personal Guard
The Prefect's guard are led by General Kodokunari. The General is an ancient ghost that has stood as the general of the Prefect's small force since the Deathlord's rise to power. The guard consists of two-thirds war ghosts and one third zombies with a small pack of Barghests as General Kodokunari's guardians.
